Senitra Luckett, plant-based chef, owner of Growth of a Goddess, reiki practitioner, meditation instructor, soul therapist and owner of ERB Goddess Botanicals, speaks about cannabis and meditation. As a chef, she believes that what we eat contributes to our growth both physically and spiritually. Unfortunately, the reason for her plant-based diet was not a choice. Rather, it came as a result of her health needs and spiritual growth. Next, she describes her journey of going from relying on cannabis as a means of overcoming personal loss to using it as a tool in sacred spiritual practice.
